A wrong measurement is the most common reason equipment gets returned. We measure first, every time.

Every fitting done on-site, in-store

Proper fitting helps reduce falls, discomfort, and unnecessary equipment returns.

  1. Measure

    Seat width, leg length and grip height are measured on-site, not estimated from a form.

  2. Match

    We select equipment from our showroom that fits those measurements and your daily routine.

  3. Adjust

    Handles, footrests and seating are set in front of you before anything leaves the store.

  4. Walk Out

    You leave using the equipment, not carrying a box to assemble at home.

After years serving in the U.S. Army, I learned that one thing connects us all: we all want the people we love to stay safe, independent, and cared for.

That's why I founded Battalion Health Solutions: to provide reliable mobility and medical equipment that helps people recover, age with confidence, and maintain their independence at home.

Do I need an appointment?

No. Walk-ins are welcome during showroom hours. If you'd like a set time, you can schedule a fitting ahead using the form below or by calling (980) 395-7918.

Do you accept walk-ins?

Yes. Walk-ins are welcome Monday through Wednesday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Do you offer delivery?

Yes, we deliver. Call the showroom to confirm delivery availability and timing for your address.

Can you help fit my walker or wheelchair?

Yes. We measure and adjust walkers, rollators, canes, crutches and wheelchairs in-store so they fit your height, grip and seat width.

Is Medicare accepted?

Not yet. Our Medicare and North Carolina Medicaid enrollment is pending. In the meantime we offer straightforward self-pay pricing with cash, debit and credit cards.

Do you carry products not listed on the website?

Yes. Select items are kept in stock, and many additional medical equipment and supply products can be ordered through our approved suppliers. Ask us about what you need.
